This website does not set tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not embed third-party content that sets them. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.

None at the moment. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website against abuse; these are not used to track you. If we measure visitor numbers, we do so without cookies.

When you close an announcement on the homepage, your browser notes which one you closed so that it does not open again. This note is kept in the browser’s local storage, not in a cookie; it contains no personal data and is never sent to us. The SPM Assistant, the helper at the bottom right of the page, notes in the same place when it last asked whether you needed help, so that it does not ask again for 30 days. While a tab is open, it also keeps your conversation with it and the time spent on the site in the browser’s session storage, which is emptied when the tab closes. None of this reaches us unless you send the contact form yourself.

You can delete or block cookies and the data stored by websites at any time in your browser settings. The website works without them.
