When you send us the enquiry form, email or call us: your name, company, contact details, country and type of organisation, the products and volumes you mention, the content of your message and your consent choices.

When you answer the customer survey: your company, name and email, your type of organisation and country, the product groups you use, how long you have worked with SPM, your scores, your recommendation score, your comment, and whether we may contact you about your answer. We use them to monitor customer satisfaction, as ISO 9001 asks, to improve our products and service, and to answer you when you allow it. Survey answers are kept with the same customer records as quote requests.

When you visit this website: technical data needed to deliver the pages securely, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. When you start filling in the enquiry form or the customer survey, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person and not an automated program is using it; for this it processes technical data about your browser and connection. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

On a product page, “View in 3D” shows the product’s 3D model, which this website sends itself. On a phone, “View in your room” places the model in your surroundings: on an iPhone, Apple’s AR Quick Look does this on the phone; on Android, the browser does it on the phone or opens Google’s Scene Viewer app, which downloads the model file from this website. No camera image and no personal data is sent to us for this. Google provides Scene Viewer under its own terms.

We process contact data to answer your enquiry and to prepare offers (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) and (f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We process technical data to operate and secure the website (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We send marketing messages only with your explicit consent.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., whose servers may be located outside Türkiye. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards required by KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V. We do not sell personal data.

We keep enquiries and customer correspondence for as long as the business relationship and our legal obligations require, and then delete or anonymise them. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security purposes.

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Articles 15–22 you may ask whether we process your data, request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, request data portability where applicable, and complain to a supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority; in the EU, your local data protection authority).
