Do you offer exclusive distribution?
Exclusivity depends on the market and the volumes involved. We discuss it case by case once we understand your plans.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and on customisation such as private labelling or custom sizes. We state them in every offer.
Which documents can you provide for registration?
We provide our EN ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certificates, our CE documentation and product datasheets. Tell us your country’s registration requirements and we will confirm what we can supply.
Can you produce custom sizes?
Yes. Mattress and cushion dimensions can be adapted to your beds and tenders. Tell us the sizes and quantities you need.
Where can we meet you?
We exhibit at international fairs such as MEDICA in Düsseldorf and Expomed Eurasia in İstanbul, and we welcome visits to our factory in Torbalı, İzmir.
